SHILOH, Ill. (AP) — An Amber Alert has been issued for a 4-year-old boy taken from his babysitter’s home in southern Illinois. Authorities say Isayah Meza’s mother took him from the sitter’s home in Shiloh on Saturday morning. The mother does not have custody of him.
